William-Maurice-Endeavors is pleased to announce the addition of a dedicated Legal Affairs division, effective this quarter, in response to recent developments of a legal nature that we are not able to discuss in detail on this page at this time.
Our legal team brings a combined total of several years of relevant experience to the agency, depending on how you define relevant.
All legal enquiries should be directed to Gerald. Please do not contact Martin about legal matters. Martin has asked us to include this line specifically. It is included.

Gerald Hales joined William Maurice Endeavors as Head of Legal Affairs following the agency's expansion into entertainment litigation, which is a thing that happened recently.
Gerald brings a unique perspective to the industry, combining his background in residential and commercial conveyancing with a deep personal interest in entertainment law, which he has been pursuing through a combination of podcasts, several books, and what he describes as "close attention to developments in the field."
Prior to joining WME, Gerald operated Hales & Associates in Glendale, CA, specialising in residential property transactions, lease agreements, and, on one occasion, a boundary dispute that Gerald describes as "not entirely unlike a contract negotiation if you think about it in the right way."
Gerald has been involved in several matters of significance to the agency since joining, details of which cannot be shared on this page at this time. What can be shared is that Gerald's approach has been described by Martin as "more helpful than I expected, on balance, which is not nothing."
Gerald is a graduate of a law program. Details of the specific institution are being confirmed and will be added to this page when available.
